Swimwear Returns & Exchanges

KIKO accepts happily accepts returns and exchanges on swimwear, as long as:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all hygiene seals and labels attached

• The item needs to be returned to KIKO within 7 days of delivery

• You cover the postage cost of returns

• You lodge an Exchange Request detailing the item/s you wish to exchange, or a Return Request indicating refund or store credit, before posting the item back to KIKO

If you’re exchanging for a different size or style, we’ll post your exchanged swimsuit free of charge. 

For eligible returned  items, you may choose a full refund of the price paid for the swimsuit or credit to the same value.
